The Flow of Information

Here is a very fun gif that puts into motion the internet usage through a day throughout the world.  It might take a few seconds to fully load so give it a chance.  What was interesting was how dense the usage was in India and China.  If you were to make a circle that encompasses both those countries it would contain more people in it than outside of it.  That is pretty amazing as well.

I am no expert on geography (goodness, there was a time that I thought we had the Midwest and the Mideast in the United States) but I am assuming that on the African continent those lone lights are the capital city.  If you want to “get away from it all” Africa, Alaska, the middle of Australia are excellent choices.  Perhaps one day this information will be hugely important to you.
